Schedule of Connectivity Allowance Release For First and Second Year Students

Please be informed that the Connectivity Allowance for the period of August to September 2025 will be released from December 2 -5, 2025 at the Finance Office.
Releasing will follow an alphabetical schedule based on students’ surnames and will be facilitated at Window 2 (1st year) and Window 3 (2nd year) as follows:
December 2, 2025 (Tuesday)
Window 2: Abad – Corsiga
Window 3: Abalos – Cruz, A.
December 3, 2025 (Wednesday)
Window 2: Cortez – Larion
Window 3: Cruz, D. – Macapagal
December 4, 2025 (Thursday)
Window 2: Lariza – Quiamco
Window 3: Macaro – Tolentino
December 5, 2025 (Friday)
Window 2: Quijano – Zulieta
Window 3: Tomolin – Zurbano
REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS:
Original Copy of Certificate of Registration (COR), AY 2025-2026, 1st Semester
Any Valid ID (with signature)

REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES:
Authorization letter from the student
Original and photocopy of COR (with student’s signature)
Original and photocopy of any valid ID (both student and authorized representative – with 3 specimen signature)
IMPORTANT:
For those sending an authorized representative, the student must email the following requirements to caylan_sharon@plpasig.edu.ph or nanez_kristine@plpasig.edu.ph
