The safety and security of our PLP community is a shared responsibility. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig is strengthening measures to help ensure a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for all students, faculty, employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

As part of our 𝘾𝘼𝙈𝙋𝙐𝙎 𝙎𝘼𝙁𝙀𝙏𝙔, 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙔, 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙏𝙃𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙏 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘼𝙂𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙉 , everyone is reminded of the following:

𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗟𝗣 𝗜𝗗

All students, faculty, and employees are required to wear or carry their valid PLP Identification Card while inside the campus. Visitors must register at designated entry points and secure a visitor pass.

While the Freshmen and Transferees Student ID is still in process, the following may be presented:

1. Subject Confirmation & Assessment Slip

2. One (1) Valid ID, such as Government-issued ID, or Student

Identification Card from previous school (or any other valid ID)

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

For everyone’s protection, PLP may conduct random and intelligence-based security screening, including bag inspections, handheld metal detector screening, and inspection of suspicious items or packages.

Please cooperate respectfully with our security personnel. Refusal to undergo reasonable security screening may result in denial of entry or referral to the appropriate University authority.

𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦

The possession, carrying, concealment, or use of firearms, knives, bladed weapons, improvised weapons, explosives, or other dangerous instruments not required for an approved academic activity is prohibited.

Threats, intimidation, harassment, inciting violence, physical assault, fighting, and refusal to comply with lawful safety protocols are also considered serious violations.

𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗘𝗘 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚? 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗜𝗧.

If you become aware of:

1. Threats of violence

2. Prohibited weapons

3. Suspicious behavior

4. Online threats directed at members of the PLP community

5. Severe conflicts that may escalate into violence

6. Other concerning behavioral warning signs

Reports will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and disclosed only to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to know, subject to applicable policies and laws.

𝗜𝗙 𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗦

If violence or an immediate threat is occurring:

➡️ Move away from the danger area immediately.

➡️ Follow the instructions of security personnel and University

authorities.

➡️ Proceed to the nearest safe location or designated evacuation

area.

➡️ If evacuation is not possible, stay in a secure room, lock or

barricade the door when feasible, and stay away from

windows and entrances.

➡️ Share relevant information with authorities only when it is safe

to do so.

➡️ Do not spread unverified information on social media or

messaging platforms during an incident.
